The Sunday Letter Project was built on the premise that letters still matter, and we want to encourage as many people as possible to carve out time and space to write them.

It’s free to join, and it will always stay that way. But it has surprised us with its fast growth and keeping it going at the level that it is does take a lot of hard work and energy. For those kind souls who have been asking how they can support us, this is a way to do that.

Your support will help cover the running costs, the weekly prompts and the newsletter, as well as coordinating and fielding replies to letters, emails and messages (we get hundreds a week!)

If you’ve felt the project has done something good for you, this is a way to help us keep it going.

Designed & printed in our Cheltenham shop/studio

All of our products are printed, packaged, and finished with care in our Cheltenham studio. Each print or card from our online orders are made to order, so nothing is mass-produced and waste can be kept to a minimum.

Turnaround Time

We usually aim to fulfil orders within 3–4 working days. Sometimes it’s quicker, but during busy seasons or if your order is especially detailed or contains lots of different items, it may take us a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Packaging

We take as much pride in our packaging as we do in the products themselves. Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials: sturdy envelopes and boards to keep your order safe and wrapped in reusable & pretty glassine paper
