The Five Minute Journal
We only choose to stock brands that we fully believe in, and Five Minute Journal is one that has been fully tried and tested by Rebecca. We are obviously big believers in the power of putting pen to paper, but we can also be pretty busy people - with a shop, an online business, two dogs and a daughter! However, the Five Minute Journal provides a really lovely balance between structure and reflection, and has a really clever, science backed lead-in to help you develop your journaling practice in a way that you’ll be able to stick to.
